Life certainly has a sense of humor. I was waiting until this past weekend to set up utilities on my closing date, got that all settled, everything's covered, everyone is notified, and then my lawyer gets an email.

The house that the seller was in some sort of weird bidding war for came back on inspection with a leaking roof and some other issues, so now she has to start again. 

So despite being super productive and starting to get last minute things lines up now I have to call these places back, explain the situation and ask for either a floating date, or to cancel the request and I'd resubmit when I (think) I know again. I swear, no good deed goes unpunished.
