The warmer weather is here and shore festivals are in full swing. On any given weekend there are at least 5 things happening in various towns which is much nicer than staying warm and inside during the winter, and is great for getting the flavor of each town.

One of the many reasons I want to stay around here when/if I do buy something. There's a new one on the market but no basement so boooo...

Obviously, I'm still waiting on a place that meets most of my needs and my parents' future needs if it comes to that. Oh well, back to the waiting game.
